Tuition and Study Shop terms

Bookings and payment

A submitted booking is a request until the Academy confirms it. The displayed fee must be paid using the bank-transfer instructions supplied after booking or the secure Stripe card-payment option when it is available. A place is not guaranteed until payment and booking confirmation.

Cancellation and rescheduling

At least 36 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. With less notice, the lesson fee remains payable unless the Academy agrees otherwise.

Lessons and conduct

Students should join on time with a suitable device, stable connection and required materials. Learners and teachers must communicate respectfully and use the lesson systems only for educational purposes.

Learning materials and exam practice

Academy-created resources are licensed for the personal educational use of the purchaser and their assigned learner. They must not be republished, resold, uploaded to sharing sites or distributed commercially. Practice scores are educational feedback and are not official exam results.

Study Shop purchases

The product page shows the title, description, price, currency and access period before purchase. A Study Shop order remains awaiting payment until card payment is confirmed by Stripe or a bank transfer is verified. Card payments for eligible digital products unlock access automatically after Stripe confirmation; bank transfers require manual verification.

Digital delivery and cancellation

For an immediately available digital download, the buyer must expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right may be lost once access or downloading begins. If this agreement is not given, the digital download will not be sold through instant checkout. This does not affect legal rights where digital content is faulty, unavailable or not as described.

Downloads and account security

Purchased downloads appear in My Materials and use a private, time-limited link. The stated access period applies to portal access, so the buyer should save the permitted personal copy promptly. Account access and download links must not be shared.

Technical interruptions

If an Academy-side technical problem prevents a lesson, a reasonable replacement or rescheduling will be offered. The Academy is not responsible for failures outside its reasonable control.
