Online safeguarding

Imaku STEM Academy aims to provide a safe, respectful online learning environment. Approved teachers are assigned to specific students, and teacher accounts must be reviewed before classroom access is provided.

Lesson expectations

Lessons should use the Academy's scheduled links. Learners should join from an appropriate shared or study space where possible. Parents or guardians may remain nearby and should know when a younger learner's lesson is taking place.

Communication and recordings

Lesson communication must remain professional and education-related. Personal contact details should not be exchanged unnecessarily. A lesson must not be recorded or redistributed without appropriate knowledge and permission.

Reporting a concern

If you have a concern about conduct, access or a learner's safety, stop the session if necessary and contact the Academy promptly at hello@imakustemacademy.com. If someone is in immediate danger in the UK, call 999.
